Today was last day of CrossFit Open.

 

Workout 19.5 was:

- Thrusters and Chest To Bar Pullups (thrusters are at 95 lbs male / 65 lbs female)

- Rep scheme 33-27-21-15-9

 

I made it to 6 pull-ups in the round of 21. I like the workout and felt like I performed well (for me).

I made it to 6 pull-ups in the round of 21. I like the workout and felt like I performed well (for me).

So I took off work early on Friday and played golf instead of doing this demon of a workout. It doesn't take much to talk me out of doing thrusters.
