I wish I could be two places at once this Friday I'd love to watch this one. I'll be in Somerset watching the Jumpers take on the Dawgs. Yeah Adopted Ad it would be good for Somerset to get another crack at Danville I felt like the first time they came out a little flat and got overwhelmed. I promise I will checking this score as soon at the Somerset game is over.

Im just glad I don't have to come back to Danville from B-town to check out the scores! It seems like Danville has been on the road all season long! Good luck friday!

Don't forget to ask Trimble and Frankfort what Danville's played like the first two games of the playoffs!

Yeah...we definitely agree with ADopted Ad on this one! The Ads were on fire! :fire:

Hey true,Do you play for Trimble?

For me the biggest question mark and I am truely surprised no one else has brough this up...is how will Bethlehem react after their big win over Bardstown last week...will their heads be focused on Danville or will they still be feeling the slaps on the back for knocking off the #1 Class A team in the state last week. If they come out and ready to play then it should be a tightly contested ballgame as you don't get to the elite 8 without being a very good football team, but if they are still living off of last week's win over Bardstown then Danville will win by a 2-3 TD margin. With that being said I believe that this game will come down to turnovers...I know kinda cliche'est...but in playoff games that is what it normally boils down to. If the game was in Bardstown I would have to give the edge to Bethlehem, but with it being in Admiral Stadium I have to give a slight edge to the ADS...seen too many times the home field advantage that Danville has in their own stadium on a cold November night.

Wish I could see this one, but will be busy watching my Cards take on Metcalfe County. Good luck to both teams this Friday night.

I think Bethlehems Coaches will keep these guys focused, and not let there heads get to big! I think they will be very loose because the Presure is more on the Ads!

I am looking forward to it! I think that both teams will be ready to go, and that the one that makes the fewest mistakes and can take advantage of field position will win. Each team cannot afford to let the other team hit a couple of big plays and go up 2 touchdowns or more, although if this were to happen I still would favor Danville because of their receiver play. From what I read on here Bethlehem is all about Jackson and maybe 1 or 2 more players; for Danville I think that 7-9 guys could be the difference in the game and I really like those odds. Are both teams healthy?? I am sure that the Admirals are pretty sore from hitting and hitting and hitting the Frankfort backs...

I'm just glad the Ads are still around for another week. This game should be very competitive. Bethlehem is for real as the Ads found out last year. Neither team better dwell on their big wins Friday or they will be in trouble. Can't wait til Friday!!:thumb:

As far as I know, everyone on the Eagles is healthy.

Only one person at a time can carry the ball. Billy Jackson showed last Friday night that he can make yards even when everybody in the stadium knows he will get the ball.

As with most football games, this game will come down to line play, and not the skill players. Will Bethlehem's tiny little lineman come off the ball like they did this past week? The Eagles have learned that 3-4 yards per play will win a football game . . .

Who wins this one? Be sure to vote.

Respect has to be given to anyone that knocks out Bardstown. Bethlehem is very tough. I think it is going to be a very close game, but the edge has to be given to Danville based on experience and homefield advantage. If the game was at Bethlehem, I think it will be a different story. Danville by touchdown or less.

People talk about home field advantage and all that, but I think home field advantage is irrellevant. It's high school football, and there will not be 90,000 fans screaming. The only time there is an advantage to the home team is when the offense cannot make the calls at the line because of the noise. In high school football that is not an issue. The field will still be 100 yards long and 53 1/3 yards wide, and its still 10 yards for a first down. With all that said, Danville by 22.

Bethlehem has a shot to win this one, not because they're better than Danville....but because anything can happen on a given Friday. More than a few teams found that out the hard way last Friday. Not this week. The Ads are gonna toss Bethlehem in with the anchor. I hope they've got floaties.:D

Danville 35

Bethlehem 7

You must have never been to Danville Stadium. It is impressive to walk in and see all those state championship banners. I say its worth a little something when you have a young team

I voted for Danville to win, should be a good game to watch, I look for a close game, Danville by 6. 20-14.

I'm with you adopted admiral, I think Hart is an excellent coach. He won't let those kids lose focus. Obviously they can keep the focus with haveing only 1 loss.
