Would love to have “The Wood” on a neutral court!

You alluding to a “homer” job in Ft. Mitchell?

Baugh got a “homer” call on Jolly! Lol!

Come to the 10th and we’ll see how your chances are.

Love,

Scott and

Campbell

Referees are bad everywhere. I hope you are not insinuating that 10th region officials are far superior to 9th region officials

I’m guessing he’s insinuating the referee bias based on only being graded by your regions coaches.

Unbiased eyes thought the charge was a good call. Love Reid Jolly's play; but, there was no doubt he was going hard to the goal. Baugh anticipated and positioned perfectly. Believe Camels will have learned some valuable lessons from this loss: 1). Their endgame defensive intensity was outstanding and caused 3 consecutive BW turnovers that almost snatched a victory; 2). Don't allow themselves to be suckered by a flop; 3). Don't get caught by a snowbirding opponent; and, 4). Don't get lulled to sleep by an apparrent weak 10th Region path....GRC is out there before Rupp.

Draud is a top 5 player in the KY class of 21. If it wasn't for the size of Trey James and athleticism of Harmon he would easily be top 2.

After video review there clearly wasn’t a charge. Also it wasn’t Baugh who took the “so called” charge. It was #13. Beechwood should send the ref who called it a Christmas present.

I was 10 feet from the play an agreed with the call. Reid Jolly made a strong move to the basket he did drop shoulder, but Naughty set his shoulders in line with the drive. This was a tough call grant you. Campbell still had opportunity to tie game but unfortunately they made both free throws. Outstanding performance by both teams, Reid Jolly a stellar play. Great win for the Tigers. Campbell will bounce back with Jolly and Wilson leading the way.

Watch the video replay. The kid was not even close to being set.

The defender doesn't have to be set to draw a charge, especially if the offensive player lowers his shoulder into the defender. I didn't see the play so I don't know what happened on the play being discussed. I am just saying the defender doesn't have to be stationary and set to draw a charge.

Set is not required. Heck, you don't even have to have both feet on the ground. Maybe review the rule before you get so firm in your call. Will concur, I may have given credit to the wrong player for a heady defensive play.

Top 5? Interesting, not disagreeing or agreeing but watching him in the game vs. Cooper I saw nothing that made me go “wow”. Don’t get me wrong, he’s very good but top 5 players have the ability to take over a game and dominate regardless of opponent IMO.

Again, nothing against the young man, as he is good and a good spot up shooter just don’t know if he’s in the top 5 but I’ve only seen him in one game and maybe he was dominant vs the other opponents.

Congrats to BW on a huge win. Clearly thought the Camels would win this one.

Not going to knock him as a very slim sophomore. Give him a couple years of physical maturity and he could become top 10 statewide. Not there yet, but it is in his DNA and if he listens to Dad and Coach Goetz he should become D1 caliber provided he is the gym-rat I suspect.
