Great job Coach Hart!

Going out with a bang, isn't he?! Coach Hart has done a wonderful job building this program and playoff success is just icing on the cake. Good luck next week at Danville.

Stunner. Bardstown obviously wasn't sharp, but you have to hand it to the Eagles. They had almost every ball bounce their way tonight. Their offensive line came off the ball and beat the Tiger front line. With an occasional play to Kent Simpson, they otherwise fed it to Billy Jackson, he had something like 36 carries for 168 yards. All tough ones. The Eagles got a blocked punt for a TD to start the game, and a bizarre tipped ball for a 61 yd. touchdown pass to start the second half.

Bardstown was just flat in the first half, and in the second half, I think they only had the ball four times.

Sometimes the stars are just aligned agin' you. Seems to be happening all over the state tonight.

Nice win. I am surprised. Two years in a row now, Bardstown has been ranked #1 or 2 and they have been beaten. Was this a fluke? It seems that Bardtown has been over ranked the last two years or they are not being tested greatly during the regular season.

Wow! I hate it for ya Hear but the sun will still rise tommrow

Bardstown has a tough non-district schedule, and arguably the toughest Class A district in the state. Its a junior laden team. Almost noone expected Bardstown to re-load this year like they did. They beat this same team 28-0 two weeks ago. They made it to the semifinal game last year after beating Danville 21-0. They are 24-2 over the last two seasons. Sometimes you just lose, snakesnot.

Actually, they're forecasting rain tomorrow.

However, since the Eagles are local I get to continue the celebration with them over in Danville next week. Hopefully they can pull off a third straight upset.
