Why do you think Brohm chose the Cards over Tennessee. Sure, his brother and dad has ties there. I can respect that. But let's not kid ourselves here, either. Brohm has about a hundred percent better chance to put up ridiculous stats against teams like Temple and South Florida than LSU and Auburn. Plus, since the Big East has that BCS bid, a National Championship is much more easily attainable at L'ville than any of the S.E.C. schools. They're just too good and beat the heck out of each other in the South.

If you think Brohm went to Louisville to hide from competition, then I really think it's clear that this post was made by someone who has obviously never met Brian Brohm. That's all I'll say.

I disagree. I would favor Louisville in all of these matchups.

 

Also to the point that Louisville would not go undefeated in the SEC, I'd say you are probably right. However I don't believe any team in the SEC would go undeafeted in the Big East with both WVU and Louisville in it.

^^^I dont know....GT might have me convinced that it would be better if the Cards were overlooked for the NC game. Of course I want the Cards to win it all, or even just getting there would be a phenomenal feat. But it would oh so sweet to play the champion of the SEC in a BCS bowl, and end all speculation about whether or not the Cards would fare well in the $EC.

And if you play the CHAMPION of a conference, they are obviously the best team in the conference on that particular year, meaning you could do well in the rest of the league...Get it now? :lol:

I understand your point, and MY point is that if you can beat the champion of the league, you should be able to do well throughout the season.
