October 30, 200619 yr IMO anyone can beat anyone at any time. Man, we are struggling big time but to say "O you lost to the Raiders" wasn't up to par. When just a few weeks prior your guys lost to a winless team. How ever it's looks like we're in a hole that we may not recover from but we'll see. I'm still a big fan of them even if they struggle the rest of the seson.
October 30, 200619 yr This just in,,,,,in a rush to hurry and give Ben all of the post concussion tests, the only one that appears to be left out,,,,,obviously the color recognition test.
October 30, 200619 yr I said it last week, and I'll say it again, the Steelers are done. The problem is, the Bengals are gonna be right there keeping them company when the playoffs start.
October 30, 200619 yr Didn't the Bengals lose to the winless Buc's a couple of weeks ago. Your point being? The Steelers looked far worse in their loss than the Bengals did.
October 30, 200619 yr The Steelers looked far worse in their loss than the Bengals did. Not true, Ben looked far worse, the rest of the team wasn't all that bad.
October 30, 200619 yr Not true, Ben looked far worse, the rest of the team wasn't all that bad. :thumb: When you hold a team under 100 yards of total offense, yet commit four turnovers of your own - although I do not like to play the blame game, it is a rather strong arrow pointing at Ben's way this week, which he has acknowledged.
October 30, 200619 yr Did someone say Ben would look bad coming off the concussion??? I remember someone getting called out for saying it.... hmmmmmm
October 30, 200619 yr Did someone say Ben would look bad coming off the concussion??? I remember someone getting called out for saying it.... hmmmmmm Don't be tooting your horn too loud, weren't you the same guy who swore the Steelers played a 4-3 vs. the Bengals?
October 30, 200619 yr I am not a Steelers fan but respect the way that franchise does business. That being said, even though it is HUGELY embarrassing to lose to a team that didn't even have a 100 yards in offense, I do want to point out to the Bengals fans that they won the Super Bowl in 2006. How many Super Bowl titles do the Bengals have?

I bet you'd get quite the nasty reply if you said something of this nature to a Steelers player today...
October 30, 200619 yr What does that have to do with THIS season? Nothing. I bet you'd get quite the nasty reply if you said something of this nature to a Steelers player today... You're absolutely right, and I will add that the team shows class in victory or defeat, and that begins with the head coach. My opinion on this season is that some if not many Steeler fans are thinking to themselves, "I sure hope we shore up our holes with that quality draftpick we're heading for".

October 30, 200619 yr I wouldn't call the We Day chant winning with class, but you know... When the season is over and you hold the trophy and your rival's "star" player said only a few weeks prior that the complexion of the North has changed, and it's kinda like going from "black & white to color", I think that the response was fine. However, your star receiver was correct, but I'd guess he didn't realize he was prophecying about Baltimore as the "color".
