I've seen ALL of Florida's games and all but Syracuse and Temple of the UL games. I think the Cards can beat the Gators. With or without Brohm. No doubt in my mind.

October 31, 200619 yr Because I just don't think the computers are going to pick a 1-loss team over an undefeated...That's JMO. By the current standings: Florida is ahead of Louisville And Florida, Auburn, Texas, USC, Cal, and Tennessee are ahead of Rutgers. And Florida, Auburn, Texas, USC, Cal, Tennessee, and Arkansas are ahead of Boise State. Lets also not forget the Cal is ranked ahead of the Tennessee team that beat them 35-18. You really never know what the BCS will do.

Click your heels 3 times Dorothy and say there is no place like home.:eek: Imo no way UL would come close to Fla., as a matter of fact they probably would finish around 4th or 5th in the SEC.

October 31, 200619 yr So here's a new question: Lets say OSU beats Michigan 28-20 in the regular season. The end up playing again for the NC, and Michigan beats OSU 21-20. Who is the NC? Both teams have 1 loss to each other. Michigan won the title game, but OSU had a bigger win. This is part of the reason I hate the idea of a rematch. I also hate it for the fact that it leaves us not knowing how either of these teams stacks up against an SEC/BEast/Pac10 opponent. (OSU handily beat the best of the Big 12, so we know how they stack up) I also wonder what type of pressure the BCS conferences will be putting up to keep the Big10 from having two teams in the NC game. There's a lot of $$ at stake there, and I'm sure the other conferences won't be too keen on the idea of the Big10 claiming both spots in the NC game.

If meat-chicken won the title game then they woould be the national champ. I understand what you are saying but that is why they call it the "National Championship" game.

I guess my question is really this: Who would be considered the better team? Granted the winner of the NC game will be declared the NC, but would they really be the better team?
