Because they’re 2 different burdens of proof. I’m not sure why that’s so difficult for you and JA to understand.

Here we go with burden of proof again. What exactly burden of proof is Urban required to follow again?

Also, don’t stand for DV, you are in possession of screenshots, do what’s right.

If you have exculpatory evidence, come forward, do what’s right. #saveurban

Notice how they are ducking the Saban thread... that says a lot to me about what they think about DV.

There is nothing to present. He followed the terms of his contract.

If you haven’t figured it out yet, I’m not sure what else I can do for you. You guys are basing what Urban’s actions should’ve been on the fact the guy wasn’t prosecuted. He doesn’t need to beyond a reasonable doubt to can the guy. If you can’t figure out the difference between civil and criminal at this point, that’s on you my friend.

Hmmm. Is he still on leave?

No ones ducking anything. It has nothing to do with this :lol2: keep deflecting though :lol2:

He also doesn’t have to fire a guy who was never charged. So you fire coworkers who are accused of allegations, regardless if their proven or not?

Urban did what he was required to do, report it to his boss. Two sides to every story and the OSU haters don’t like the other side of the story.

All I know are the facts...he was never charged with anything, sorry.

There’s always 3 sides to the story.

It’s not a criminal trial to have grounds to fire someone. The guy covered for him. If that’s who you want running your team, that’s on you :thumb:

Paid leave, yes. And that’s the right thing to do by the University. They have to gather all of the facts and more came out today.

Oh but we are just deflectors, don’t you remember?

You still refusing to answer my questions?

The burden of proof in 2015 was that there was none.

If it’s OSU.. fire them immediately. If it’s another school, avoid the thread.
