Problem lately has been finding someone who knows how to mix it correctly. 99% of the time the "flavor" is limited to the top half of the cup.

 

I always order extra of whatever I am getting.

Banana Split or Oreo are my go-to Blizzards but don't sleep on the Chocolate Covered Strawberry Blizzard...it's pretty awesome.

I'll let you know in another 20 years when I go there again.

No issues with the place just never get a chance to go there.

Soft serve has the exact same ingredients as hard ice cream.

 

The only 2 differences are air and temperature. Soft serve has air whipped into it and is typically in the 20-25 degree range. Hard ice cream has as much air as possible worked out of it and should be around 10 degrees.

 

If you take a bowl of hard ice cream and whip it. It will become soft serve.

 

If sales are slow, and it is in the machine for too long, it will get over whipped and lose flavor. The busier a place is - the better the soft serve will taste.
