balls03
Didn’t Covington Catholic defeat them this season? Yes I was fortunte to get in before the sell out. CJ Fredrick went nuts and Jake Walter outplayed their big kid who is going to Texas I believe.

nkypete
71% from the field is crazy for a high school team. Moe had a whole of lot of thunderous dunks to get that average that high. They had no trouble beating the Solon press.

I figured as much, but any time a team has more makes than misses, that's impressive.
Pete Mitchell
Since this IS a bluegrasspreps thread I feel obliged to point out the other connection of the Crusaders to Kentucky basketball, other than the aforementioned loss to CovCath, two of the starters, Alec Pfriem and Jaxon Hayes, played multiple AAU seasons with the Kentucky Royals. Congratulations Crusaders, Alec and Jaxon. Caps off a pretty successful year for Greater Cincinnati High School basketball, particularly the Catholic high schools.
