March 11, 20188 yr It's funny how comments change in a month and a half lol. I stated back in the beginning of Decemeber basically how this season would play out. Start off well, conference play starts by mid January people say it's a bad team and has no shot in the torunament and how they are tired of freshman. That freshman shouldn't be an excuse, Cal isn't a good coach. Then come tourny time UK is hott and looking like a serious team that can make a run. At the end of the day it's time for people to stop living in the moment during a long basketball season. And making outrageous predictions on the team acting like how a team looks in January is how they will look in the tournament. Coach Cal should have our trust by now that he will get the teams at its best come tournament time. It doesn't guarntee a championship but does mean we usually have a team that could make that special run. Preach!

March 11, 20188 yr 31 X Tourney Champions ! This is and always has been the U.K. Wildcat Invitational ! I echo others in that saying what a great job Cal has done with this team. As for today.....S. G-Alexander took this team on his back and wouldn't let them be denied. Our / U.K.'s defense in all three of these games has been great. Rebounding was about even today, the Cats aren't letting teams push them around underneath now. Clutch FT shooting put the nails in the orange coffin.
March 12, 20188 yr UK will lose their 2nd game to Arizona. It is a possibility, but I will say this; Arizona has the best player, but UK has more better overall players.
