Hard to believe this guy kept a job as long as he did. This is why African American people do not trust the police.

Prospect assistant police chief told LMPD recruit to 'shoot' bla - WDRB 41 Louisville News

The question I have is: How did he move up the ranks? There is no way this is the first time that he's said anything like that I am sure. Some of the things he said (as the report states), you know he's been spouting this stuff for a while. I am wondering how long the Chief knew he had these views. You don't become the Deputy Chief without the department knowing pretty much everything about you. The background checks to get hired initially are pretty thorough; I can only imagine what it's like to fill a spot like that.

what gets me is the arrogance. it's one thing to think it... it's another thing to say...

but... you get your own special level to do it with this much bravado...

it's not like this was a hidden microphone picking up "locker room" talk.... this was posts on the internet put in writing for others to see

I am the law and therefore above the law.... now that's dangerous!
