LSU is a MUCH better football team than Iowa or Georgia. IU got beat, at home, by Wisconsin (worse than LSU) 52-14 then turn around and beat Iowa a couple weeks later. October 15, 200619 yr This was just a horrible display of college football. The coaches did not do their job in preparing the Cats for this game. Kentucky football will (never )play for an SEC Championship in my lifetime!!!:cry:

If doesn't have enough athleticism two years into college football, he probably won't ever have it. Jamarcus Russell was just sitting back there and waiting for his guys to get open. Archer needs the boot and if needed I would sacrifice my size 11 1/2 in his hind quarters to get ANYONE else at D-coordinator!

I would not be throwing a parade after beating Iowa and Georgia, respectively. The score is not a suprise at all to me. LSU is a lot more talented and wanted to make a statement after losing to Florida the previous week (a team UK give some difficulty to).

October 15, 200619 yr I knew the defense would get scored on a lot. When you have the Defensive tackle position that beat up your defense isnt going to be that great. That being said, to give up 49 points is unacceptable. Also, while I knew our defense would struggle, there is no excuse to not score at all in a game. I know LSU has a great defense, but UK needs to be able to score some! Very poor game by the Wildcats. Jury is still out as far as Im concerned, on the staff, team, etc, until the season ends.

Brooks really hasn't had enough time to turn this thing around. Remember - it only took him 13 years in his first try at the collegiate level. I'm anxiously awaiting the unwavering support of the "give him more time" crowd. As for Mitch Barnhart, if he doesn't fire Brooks at the end of the season, and bring in a real coach, then they ought to burn his house to the ground. Patiently waiting, Frances
