Really solid outcome, especially on the heels of the emotional win over Ohio #1 Moeller. Glad to see them avoid the potential let-down.

Jake Walter was very good tonight. He continues to get better and better, which creates a lot of challenges for future opponents.

Are we going to talk about the Lancers't substitution patterns? Erratic, to be kind. How does anyone get into a flow for that bunch?

Watched a basketball game and a hockey game broke out. Whole "lines" subbing in. Do you think it was more about interrupting the CCH flow than finding theirs? Haubner was their only scoring threat. Maybe it didn't matter who the other 4 were?

Read that first year Coach Goedde has been on the La Salle staff for 26 years as top Varsity Asst., and was very successful at the lower two levels. Can't believe this is how he got the top job.

Painful to watch. I've never seen anything like it in 50 years of watching hoops.

Went to Holy Cross game tonight but my friend said Lasalle was chippy all night. Lots of holding grabbing fouling. he mentioned Frederick got cut really bad anyone know how severe?

CJ is fine

LaSalle's coach doesn't shut up the entire game, wonder how, much he yapped tonight.

He spent more time crying to the officials than he did coaching his team. And the subbing was odd, to put it nicely.

Spot on!!!

LaSalle has a quick turnaround today with a game at Hilliard Bradley. I'm guessing the substitution patterns were an effort to disrupt CovCath's flow as well as to keep Lancer legs fresh for today's game.

Kids ran more off and onto the court than they did actually running up and down the court. That was crazy. I wouldn't be able to watch that kind of stuff for a whole year if that is their typical game plan.

I would say it is not. Agree with @colonel-fan about disrupting the Colonels. I'm sure Pat thought that was the only way to stay in the game and have a chance to win while keeping his players somewhat fresh for today.
