Which o lineman were missing and who else got hurt?

Terrance Clark, Mike Sharp were out on the oline. Thomas Benton played both ways. Brayon, Rashad, and one other player were injured in the game.

I try, I learn from the best SM32.

Go Colonels! It's looks ike all the hard work, each week, is paying off. :dancingpa Good to see both sides of team looking good! I knew it all along...Keep it up boys!

This week will need to be filled with great practices and keeping yourself focused on the goal...beat Camels! It's one game at a time, don't get side tracked by all the nonsense that will be posted this week...you know, the people who know it all and how it will all end! Stay a team, stay tough and you will go the distance!:thumb:

Palmer is more of a runningback than receiver. As an 8th grader and freshman he played fullback and did very well. Also it doesn't hurt that he is VERY fast. His problem IMO is confidence. If he gets down on himself he has trouble staying positive. He is definetly one of the best players in NKY when he wants to be. Someone just needs to instill in him that he can't let one play get him down.

Size, and athletic ability are definetly there. Attitude isn't right now.

I agree with this comment 100%.

Even though Dixie lost their early games, I believe playing such quality opponents is the reason the Red Colonels are playing well now. I don't think any of the other 4A teams played as tough a schedule as Dixie this year, that may be the downfall for those teams.

:thumb: I agree. Dixie has played tough teams thru the year's. It can only make the team better.

I don't like a one dimensional team, but these guys might change your opinion if they had a better line. They were a block away from making it a tighter game all night. They were much more disciplined than in the past, and didn't let down IMO till after it was 31-6, which most any team would. If they get some blocking down there, they will be a pretty good football team in the future. I like what the coach's have instilled in their team. Now if they can only get some beef to push people around.

Holmes was missing maybe the best offensive line they have with Mike Sharp

(center on offense and tackle on defense) he was out of town for a wedding.
