Soaking maize in lime or alkaline solution actually increases it's nutritional value. You like grits right? That's ground hominy.

Egg nog and bourbon. I thought it was one word.

 

Egg nog solo - nah.

Completely disgusting. Curdles the stomach too fast.

I like the way it clings to the glass.

There are some bad egg nogs and some atrocious fruitcakes. However, some quality egg nog and a tasty fruitcake makes for Christmas to remember. Yum!!!

 

I've heard rumor of good fruit cake, but I've never experienced it. Personally I think it's a unicorn.

I like it quite a bit, but I have to cut "whole" egg nog about 60/40 with skim milk, then I like it even better.

One of the worst things on the planet. Absolutely hate it.

The best thing is I can chug it from the jug because no one else will even look at it.
