Everyone is talking about the interception/incompletion called touchdown. But aren't mentioning the offensive pass interference before it all went down. Just sayin. But I agree Danville deserved the win. Mayfield made too many unforced mistakes to beat a good team. Then u add the ones Danville caused and you have a loss every time. Congrats to Danville.

I looked at the video a ton and I'm trying to figure put why the ref that called the signal the TD waited to see who had the ball after they were put of bounds? If you watch he leans in to see who has the ball, which was the Mayfield player, and them he signals the TD. Kind of sketchy to me.

LCA or Somerset is who I'm sure will come out that bracket next year. I'm not sure but where did I say this was 1A? Mayfield won a 2A first year back 2015. Not sure where Danville was that year?

Who cares about next season? Danville has an undefeated state championship to celebrate. Thankfully it was only a 45-minute drive home so fans could get back to town and honor the team. Now we have important things to figure out like where to paint the "2017" on the stadium.
