It's so ironic how these past 2 weeks have gone. Last week OSU fans were forced to root for Bama. Now Bama fans are forced to root for OSU. The world is spinning.

IMO you can’t say that at the time of that Florida State game they were a bad team, they’re now a bad team because of injuries. If their QB doesn’t get hurt I think they’re still a top 20 team at worst.

 

I can forgive Alabama’s one loss on the road at Auburn a lot more than I can OSU’s road blow out loss to Iowa and then blowout loss to Oklahoma at home.

Stop listening to the Paul Finebaum show. He is the only pundit out there who actually believes Bama should be able to claim FSU as a good win. Also I'm not talking about OSU this year I'm talking about OSU last year because that will undoubtably be the comparison you will hear. Bama/OSU this year will be OSU/Penn St from last year.

No my man; in the first playoff ranking that question was asked and Holcutt stated that they valued the win against FSU at the beginning of the year. How much they valued it I don't know. What is way more interesting is the Fresno State was ranked 25 in the AP poll after beating Boise State last weekend. Believe it or not that gives Bama 3 top 25 wins....and the FSU win. Don't know if the CFP will have Fresno at 25 though.

I'm a huge Bama fan, and I know we can be a bit much at times. But this narrative that somehow Bama loses ONE game on the road to a rival team that everyone is saying is the hottest team in football right now, and now Bama is somehow not good. Somehow everybody else's loss is ok. I think it's just Bama fatigue...which I don't know why, Clemson is the defending champ...they should have Clemson fatigue

Yeah it's valuable. They played a P5 school OOC on a neutral field. That's valuable, just not in the way Finebaum promotes it.

The win at Mississippi State is probably their best win. LSU is a good win. Texas A&M is a good win. FSU is a good win.

Where do they play the Big Ten championship game?
