October 11, 200620 yr I'll still make fun of UL for doing it because.....well they are Louisville and that is what UK fans are supposed to do. But that is part of college athletics and it should all be done in fun. Take it too serious and you should quit watching college sports. :thumb:
October 11, 200620 yr My only real opinion on the matter is... That Louisville should attempt to dominate EVERY game... Play with the same fire whether someone stomps on the bird, or they don't... Make teams scared to come into your home, instead of just making them a little scared about where they want to start the pre-game warmup. It just looks like everyone is saying "hey, you've still got a chance as long as you don't go stomping on the bird, but if you do that the game is over" and you need to be a little more intimidating than that. Of course that probably makes 0 sense to anybody not named Hangman.

Does anybody think they remembered about it half way through the first quarter and then started playing?
October 11, 200620 yr Don't get me wrong, I see where you guys are coming from. My only point is that if you think it's ridiculous, why post on it? For example, if UK fans were being ridiculous about something would you all sit back and be silent? Hardly.
October 11, 200620 yr For example, if UK fans were being ridiculous about something would you all sit back and be silent? Hardly. Yeah ridiculous like all the Fire Tubby threads.
October 11, 200620 yr Cincinnati should stand around the bird in a circle and stomp. Not touch it, but it's a good way to almost poke fun at UL. Would it be the same?...
October 11, 200620 yr Yeah ridiculous like all the Fire Tubby threads. Where we sit back, and let the 18%ers drive the rest of you nuts...
October 11, 200620 yr Where we sit back, and let the 18%ers drive the rest of you nuts... I wondered how much difference there was between the 18%ers and the UC fans who wanted Huggins to stay.
October 11, 200620 yr I wondered how much difference there was between the 18%ers and the UC fans who wanted Huggins to stay. I'd say it was closer to 82% of UC fans that were not happy with how things were handled with Huggy Bear...
October 11, 200620 yr Maybe they could kidnap the bird and burn it with cigarettes and a hot fork... :fire:
October 11, 200620 yr Maybe they could kidnap the bird and burn it with cigarettes and a hot fork... :fire: How about someone sneak in there the night before a draw a mustache on it. Anyone good with paintshop?
October 11, 200620 yr How about someone sneak in there the night before a draw a mustache on it. Anyone good with paintshop? Maybe they could get a police officer to stand on top of it while a player pops the poor bird in the beak... :jump:
October 11, 200620 yr Maybe they could get a police officer to stand on top of it while a player pops the poor bird in the beak... :jump: How about the Bearcats players come out dressed like Colonel Sanders looking for a replacement of chicken?
October 11, 200620 yr How about the Bearcats players come out dressed like Colonel Sanders looking for a replacement of chickens? That's below even your standards. Booooooooooooooooooo.........
