NDA going for 11th straight Region 9 title is amazing. That's 2 Athletic Directors, 3 different Head Coaches and almost 3 complete (frosh>sr) classes turning over. Can't think of another sport or school with that turnover and those results.

I am sure NDA has excellent coaches and obviously a winning culture. With that said talent matters more and I think it would be harder to fail than succeed with the girls that have made up that program.
