Covington Catholic is 9-0 after beating Dixie Heights 49-6.

Campbell County is 6-3 beating Boone County 54-7.

Covington Catholic has bulldozed thru their schedule and look to finish the regular season undefeated.

Campbell County has won some good games but losses to common opponents Highlands and Ryle doesn’t seem to give the Camels much of a chance on paper.

Can Campbell County pull and upset and play spoiler or does Covington Catholic get the perfect regular season in their 50th season?

Hope Dowds runs wild!

Even if the game was played in a desert, the "Camels" would not be able to pull off an upset.

Another running clock for the Colonels!

This will be beyond ugly - after the spanking SK put on CC I have to wonder if CC will actually come to play.

Colonels will roll in this one.

Running clock..

Hope Dowds runs wild!

"Hope" is the operative word. He may get his, but the beat goes on for the Colonels.

I see a running clock as well but not until the 2nd Half. Like this Camels team a lot.

Colonels win big. I am interested to see how many yards the Colonels D can keep Dowds to.

One has to wonder how long the Cov Cath starters will play. What would you do? Secure the undefeated regular season at all costs or rest your starters early to prevent pre-playoff injuries?

They should be well in control by halftime. Maybe the first and second series in the second half and then sit them. I'm sure their goal is a State Title, not an undefeated regular season.

Senior night for Camels, best of luck to these young men, all home grown. Good group.

Rain projected by 8:15. Running clock by then? Thinking about driving over for one more view of perhaps best team in Ky. Don't personally expect Camels to slow the Colonels offensive juggernaut.

Let's see if the rain plays a role in the passing game.
