No need to criticize the First Lady or Dr. Seuss for that matter! Leave your personal feelings about this Administration out of your job, snooty librarian.

September 29, 20179 yr If this happened at my child's school you better believe id be there demanding a meeting with the librarian and principle. Don't invoke your personal hatred (political or personal) for our president into an agenda that hurts the kids. I read all these books, or had them read to me when I was in elementary school, I believe Im a fine upstanding productive citizen. I was given "Oh, The Places You'll Go" as a gift for high school graduation. Total crap on this one.

September 30, 20179 yr To be honest, when I was in early grade school and Dr. Seuss books were the rage, I never liked them. I remember saying to Mrs. Goley they sounded like gobbledygook to me.
