October 2, 200619 yr Where'd Christian Laettner get the money to buy a team? I KNOW he couldn't possibly have made that much in his NBA career... He was never very good, anyways. Must have a good bank, a nice loan, and a mighty fine interest rate.

What happened on the last shot....should not even be brought into discussion, on this ownership issue. $70 mil of their own money....whew, I'm in the wrong business and I should have went to Duke....:lol:

I would imagine, if Laettner ever came into KY and had a book signing, public speaking engagement or related....some UK fans would just show up to boo him......time to move on, let it go and if he wants to be involved in a NBA ownership, sobeit.
