Conners field is tore up I hope the 7 dollars a ticket goes to the turf field funds.

We have turf and after the game I walked from the press box crossed the field to the field house and we had puddles everywhere. Alot of rain and it ain't draining fast. I can only imagine the natural fields are a mess.

Your friend is WRONG. IMHO CH has the best natural grass field in the state and yes there were places in it but it is in fine shape! No worse than playing in a regular rain game. CAL is a fine team. Congrats to them!

We have had nights on Bermuda fields that looked awful. Rinse off the mud & roll them, you will be surprised how much grass is still there.

Schools that played on grass fields tonight better at least hope they have a bye week next week. Otherwise, they'll be buying a whole lot more of that cheap grass seed, and their unpaid volunteers may start asking questions given how nice of a night for football Thursday was.

Corbin's field did not appear to be damaged at all, but we received less than a half inch of rain over the past 2 days.
