Guess we watch different scrimmages. I was just stating what I've seen. Hate to hear some coaches don't even coach in them. That seems counterproductive to me. Oh well, good luck to all in the upcoming basketball season!

I tend to disagree with you on the scrimmages mean nothing (except may be missing some football players) and with so many sites out there covering basketball now, you can know a lot about those scrimmages.

Getting to Region last year was good for that team, kind of ahead of schedule actually. Great experience by getting there. Schedule this year should help prepare them to hopefully make another run. Be interesting to see how Hobbs has developed. Gonna be a fun high school season I believe!

Turned lots of heads during July, I heard. Played in Battle of the bridges for team KY last night in a win over Indiana. David Johnson of Trinity and Hobbs' Manimal teammate had 25, but Hobbs finished with 21pts 15rebs.

He is turning lots of heads during his last stop in Orlando, I'm hearing. Happy for 17th district products getting to next level!

Apparently Pearson will be playing with Manimal Elite, they are LOADED!!! According to new rankings by Ky Prep Hoops they will have 5 of the top 20 of 2019 plus Pearson,WOW!!!!

Agree to disagree....as CH made a small, too late, run and if a shot fell here or there would've cut lead to as close as 6 with about 2 1/2 to go....but alas AC won. CH was actually a year ahead of expectations so this gave them great experience.

Lots of grabbing and holding going on all game. Not impressed with 8th region officiating. Officials didn't beat CH but sure didn't call a good game. CH is young and hope to see them back next season.
