final

Good for my friends to the south! Makes me feel a bit better about Mason's close loss to the Panthers last week.

Congratulations Fleming County

Would this be considered an upset?

I thought with the Musketeers performance last week against Russell meant more for Greenup Co.

I have to say this one surprised me. Congrats to Fleming County. It's time for Greenup County to regroup and get ready for the next game.

Come on Greenup!!!! This is how you guys follow up the Backyard Brawl?

Congrats to Fleming. This is a big win for them coming on the heels of losing their best player for the season. I wouldn't call this a huge upset, but I am a little surprised. 3A District 5 is shaping up to be a tight one this year.

Congrats Fleming County.

Playing on saturday then turning around and playing thursday didnt help a young gc team. Congrats fleming on the win

What does this mean for mason county who loss to the panthers 18-14?

Shocked.

Congrats to FC.

Nice win for the Panthers! Great way to respond after losing Alexander. Greenup is HUGE and has a nice team.

Got any details on this one? I'm surprised that Greenup could only muster 17 points. Did they look out of sorts or was Fleming's defense just that good last night?

Greenup only scored 10 points on offense. They got 7 off an interception return for a TD.

Fleming County has played pretty good defense so far especially in the red zone.

I don't want to take anything away from Fleming Co. they played great and capitalized on Greenup's mistakes however Greenup was all out of sorts last night. They played a tough game on Saturday full of emotions and then had an unexpected turnaround of playing on Thursday having to travel 1.5 hours. They'll regroup and be ready for the next one. They are relatively young with a young QB at the helm. It was an unexpected loss but you'll have that. I look for them to have a good season.

Congrats to Fleming Co.
