Replacement Actors Who Ruined Roles

Featured Replies

As a huge Jack Ryan fan I don't have too much of an issue as he was playing a younger version of Ryan than in the other movies.

Actually, Harrison Ford was too old to be playing Jack Ryan in the movies he did. Even Tom Clancy said that.

In "Sum of All Fears", they screwed up that entire book. I hated that movie from the word go.

The studios took great material and did a poor job with most of the movies.

I agree with Ford being too old also.

To be honest I've not loved the casting of any Jack Ryan, Ding or John Clark.

Whoever that was who pretended to be Jan whenever the Brady Bunch tried to do their Variety Hour.

Sammy Hagar as "Van Halen Lead Singer."

I like Alec Baldwin as Ryan in "Hunt for Red October". That movie is one of my all time favorite films.

Omar Epps as Willie Mays Hayes in Major League II.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Nah...Kristy Swanson was okay, but I love SMG in that role.

There was more than one "major League" movie. Lol

Also the new Dario was a bad switch. Wasn't crazy about the first guy but the new one couldn't be more bland.

You're right, it could have been cast much better.

The first Dario made me want to vomit, the second was a lot better, but not great.
