Just to add a lil bit more info. Since 2010 the west has represented at least 3 of the 6 classes at the state finals excluding 2013 and 2016 I believe.

They also have had regular titles in 2A and 3A.

The battle for 2nd gets interesting though. Assuming we're going back to 2000 as your bottom 15 list did My personal bias would give it to central KY. Not because of Lexington by any means but because of Scott County, Boyle County, and decent success from Mercer and Bourbon Counties. They also take a big hit from Woodford, Jessamine and Madison all who made your bottom 15 lost. Reminds me of the college football best conference argument. Are we measuring from top to bottom or just the teams at the top?

 

Now if we're going the last 5-10 years I give 2nd to WKY with BG, Mayfield, South Warren.
