Absolutely the one I was going to go with. My wife and I fortunately have arguments enough that we're mad at each other too often, but on the occasions that it does happen, trying to resolve things after you've both slept on things is WAYYYYY more effective than trying to resolve it the night of. Gives you time get a little separation from the initial argument and to calm your mind to go about your discussion of things.
