Correct. It still would've been wrong on United's part, but it wouldn't have made national news. They very easily could've removed him (even if he was acting like a 3 year old as some have said) without causing any physical harm.

Doesn't change my opinion. Ref says that he deserved to be treated like that because of his past. I disagree. So no, facts won't get in the way of either of our opinions.
