It is definately not the coach! The game plan can be there but if the kids don't execute it you can't blame the coach. Jones is a winner and knows how to win but if the kids don't play there is nothing he nor his coaches can do. As far as the "trickling down" quotes goes for motivation, it can come from the coach but you can't motivate players that don't want to be motivated!

I know nothing of the program or the coaches but most 0-10 seasons have alot of people not doing their part. They usually include: Coaches, players, administration, parents and anyone else that is involved. So I do believe the coaches have some part in it but are not alone.

Again, Estill County is a different place, you can't know it without living it. We can talk about this all day but the people who live here know what's going on and the people that don't just don't understand.

I don't want to be a finger pointer, but it seems to me you like to pick on Estill and their coach. Maybe Jones needs to find some good help. He didn't have it when he first came to Estill, but he got it later. Good times are ahead.:devil:
