April 4, 20179 yr White House: 'The clock has now run out' on North Korean nuclear program - CNNPolitics.com Does anybody else get the feeling this is happening? :sorry::sorry:
April 4, 20179 yr Author No. You sound confident, JD. Care to talk me off the ledge. North Korea doesn't seem to care what Trump says.
April 4, 20179 yr I think we are prepared to wipe NK off the map at any second. They don't stand a chance.
April 4, 20179 yr This song and dance has went on for over 60 years...no way US attacks them. For all of their bravado no way NK is dumb enough to attack us.
April 5, 20179 yr I think we are prepared to wipe NK off the map at any second. They don't stand a chance. But we have thousands of troops next door. China is on the other end.
April 5, 20179 yr China is not going to sit back and allow much to happen to North Korea. Although the rogue nation irritates their larger communist neighbor, they're still going to be there if needed.
April 5, 20179 yr Author Trump meets with Xi at Mar-a-lago at the end of this week. Decisions may be made then.

April 5, 20179 yr Trump meets with Xi at Mar-a-lago at the end of this week. Decisions may be made then. Here is the decision for China. Pull them in or we will.
April 5, 20179 yr I would think President Trump would lean on the leader of China really hard to take care of North Korea and if that doesn't work the rest of the options scare me. North Korea has remote/mobile nuclear weapons and I question whether we can get them all if we are going to make a preemptive strike. The whole thing is scary, let's suppose we do strike them, then what? Are we going to attempt to put a Democracy in place?

If China doesnt get through to them, Japan will strike first.
April 5, 20179 yr I dont think we will be the first strike. If China doesnt get through to them, Japan will strike first. Japan doesn't make sense to me unless the whole process is completely controlled (or controllable) by our Military. In other words, if we conspire with the Japanese to "Pearl Harbor" North Korea I would think we would only do so when we had all our chess pieces in place to neutralize any and all North Korean Military capabilities.
