Girls and boys basketball draw has been the same the last 2-3 years, held the same week, and at the same location.

Not even close. I love northern Kentucky ball but I don't think Brossarts back court is that good. If garrison is included in could see why one would argue St . Patrick though.

How exactly would you seed this type of tournament? Force all of the teams to play twice before? That would be a ton of games and would complicate scheduling.
