Biggest Electoral Win Since Reagan

I wonder if he was fed the false information purposely by someone who won't be around anymore? Hard to tell.

Some of this stuff is so unbelievably false, I am reluctant to give him a pass on personal responsibility. He is the President of the United States. At this point, it doesn't matter one iota how big or small his margin of victory was. So, why bring it up at all? And if you are going to bring it up, why lie about it? It matters not. But he makes it a big deal, and he uses fake facts. He wants to stick it to the media for not representing him factually, wants the American public believe the media habitually creates fake news. I get we want the media to be truthful in their accounts. But his tactic of hyperbole and misdirection and deflection, and alternative facts makes it look like he's hiding a lot. I don't believe the mainstream media is nearly as bad as many of you do. I do think the alternative media many people cite is a bigger problem, because there are no checks or balances of any sort on them.

He is bringing it up because of how he was ridiculed for not having a chance to win.

And they were wrong and he is President. What does that have to do with today? Now? If people like you want the country to move forward, it would seem you'd be supportive of letting the past be the past. If not, then the only thing that matters to people who voted for President Trump are that they are "winners" and those who didn't are "losers".

While alot on here(salty) and nationally are out protesting, the left fails to see just how bad the right dislikes what the left stands for. I have said it before, the right woke up and will stay awake from now on. I hear it all the time. I hate the division, but just look back at the posts here you will see its not gonna get any better.

He's too intellectually lazy to do that 15 second search. Incredible. And millions voted for that. Incredible !!!! As Dr Frances said, we should be less caught up in trying to diagnose Trump's pathology and more concerned about the mindset of the millions who would vote for such an unprepared and unqualified individual.

Somebody was going to be saying that either way.

This is why we got issues as a nation. You point your finger at everyone else, better look in the mirror. I dont think Trump is the Messiah, but Obama and Clinton were the anti-Christ for sure.

All kidding aside, we got some serious problems. We need to work together to fix them. No matter the president.

So, you have no use for me. Got it. You are in good BGP company. Plenty find me objectionable.

I agree with you, I don't know why it matters at all about how much he won by or how big the crowd was at the inauguration. I wish he would have never talked about either.

I am not giving him a pass at all. I just wonder if he is blatantly lying or if he was fed the information from a staffer that was trying to help sabotage him. Seems plausible. Likely? Probably not.

I guess you missed the all kidding aside part of my post.

I value what you say. I read all your posts( I dont everyone). I have no idea where you get I have no use for you. Do you have no use for me if you disagree with me? Thats what you are saying about me.

I agree he should move on....however, can you tell me that the liberals are out of denial and ready to move on to repairing our country? All evidence I see is that they are not even close and continue to cry like babies about it. I am neither a fan of Trump nor Hillary nor was I an Obama fan because he was just as grossly unprepared as people claim Trump is. I just want things to work. And things aren't as great at the end of Obama's eight years as people would like to make them out....they just don't want to blame their saviour. There are many unemployed while at the same time jobs go unfilled because there are not prepared people to fill the jobs. They are not prepared because they can't afford to work...or why engage the stress and cost of working when my disposable income is not any better than if I stay home and do nothing? People have insurance, but do they have affordable healthcare? The middle class doesn't. The trillions of deficit hasn't gone away...future generations are going to have to pay for this unless their is a complete re-write, with bankruptcy and a re-structuring to a socialist system...which is what many seem to want anyway. College educations are becoming out of reach and/or the cost of that reach burdens our middle class youths for much of their life when they want to better themselves. The "so called progressives" think sticking it to the rich is the way to go and it sounds good, but their continued STUPIDITY is that the rich will find a way to avoid the tax or cost and the burden will fall AGAIN on the class of people in the middle to upper middle...and we are squeezing them out. When that finally happens...we are done!!!

I agree. He needs to move on for sure. I just posted the video he did for Rockmom to show her why I feel he did that. Maybe he did this to say, look I am doing exactly what I said I was gonna do. As a matter of fact he said that. I am doing exactly what I said I would on the campaign trail. Your post is spot on.

He is bringing it up because of how he was ridiculed for not having a chance to win.

Fine if he wants to bring it up. I see him trying to validate to the part of the country that doesn't accept the election results.

But don't LIE about the facts. Don't exaggerate your landslide that wasn't really a landslide.

Harry Truman pulled off a similar feat in 1948. I wonder if he went around bragging about it time and again?

Seems I heard that a lot in 1981.
