Art Briles Disturbing Text Messages Revealed

-- On September 13, 2013, Shillinglaw sent a text to Coach Briles about a player who got a massage and "supposedly exposed himself and asked for favors. She [masseuse] has a lawyer but wants us to handle with discipline and counseling.” Coach Briles’ first response was “What kind of discipline… She a stripper?" When Shillinglaw said the player made the request at a salon and spa while getting a massage, Coach Briles wrote, “Not quite as bad."

I was in the group that thought he'd have a hard time getting back...and that was before this. smh

My opinion? Goes on, at some level, everywhere. The schools you don't hear about are the ones that discipline the kid or cut him loose.

Coaching? Dude needs to be in jail.

Must be from the old "boys will be boys" school.

Isn't Baylor the same school that gave us Dave Bliss?

I'm sure that's not even close to worst thing he's said about this situation.

Isn't Baylor the same school that gave us Dave Bliss?

Yes...but he also coached at Oklahoma, SMU, New Mexico, the Dakota Wizards, Allen Academy and is now at Southwestern Christian...after the mess at Baylor, his coaching jobs have not exactly been "high profile"...

Coaching? Dude needs to be in jail.

For what?
