Just pointing out that the flip side of CA's popular vote results in light of the EC system could have been somewhat counterbalanced by the popular vote in staunch conservative/Republican states. Nothing more, nothing less. Yeah very true. I think it would be interesting to have a race on solely popular vote. However, to look at this election and say HRC should have won because she has more popular vote, is just silly to me and not sure why some of my liberal friends want to argue that point. Not that you are, but I've consistently seen that over the last few months.

Now it seems, suddenly it's ok to listen to polls. rjs4470 those polls we were talking about were proven to be inaccurate. I dont know if this poll is 1000% accurate but thought it was interesting that the left now want to leave. The solution if you look at the Red/Blue map and concentration of Hillary supporters would be to give all the left California and a few of the Western States and let them run and live as they see fit being we are so divided. January 24, 20179 yr The nation is not divided. I agree with this. The vast vast majority of our country does not care who the POTUS is. They realize that regardless of who is in office, they and they alone, control whether their life is successful or not.

In fact, I personally know multiple people on BGP who are on the complete opposite spectrum of my beliefs politically and racially but yet we all get along great when we see each other. Still speak. Still genuinely concerned about one another and always nothing but positive vibes whenever I am around all of you that know me personally. As I mentioned in another thread there are 250+ union employees here at my plant and 200 of them supported Trump. If the nation was truly divided we wouldn't enjoy seeing each as we do and there is no way we would be able to work together without major issues. I guess we will agree to disagree but at the end of the day I'm not seeing nationwide strife in a manner that I would call divided.

I have been watching the protests and not just on CNN or some MSM channel. I watched these past protests on Livestream and Periscope. I based what I said off what I saw and what was said by the protesters. Nothing more or less. been watching this stuff for several years now for myself, not whats reported but whats being done and said. I consider you a friend. Just because I say the country is divided that does not affect what I think of you, unless you do something to make me change my mind. I will never base what I think of you off your political beliefs alone. I am one who is a "Show me person" for each individual. The protests I have been watching with raw video shows me all I need to see.
