A brick thrown at someone hitting them in the head can kill them just as easy as a bullet can.

No. Jeff Sessions is - or will be - as soon as he is confirmed. I do not expect that dropping charges against violent thugs will be among his first official acts. Sessions was not my first choice, but he will certainly be a huge improvement over the duo of Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch.

People get brave in big groups. They see it on tv, especially in places like Palenstine and think there are no repercussions. Throwing a brick at an individual is just as bad as shooting at someone in my opinion. They need to be shown that is unacceptable and won't be tolerated. Also those setting the garbage on fire

A standard brick, which weighs in at 4.5 pounds, thrown at a human being is a deadly weapon. The intent is the same as a gunshot and both actions have the potential of causing death. I would rather take my chances with a bullet to the shoulder or leg than a brick to the head any day.

A cop in full riot gear is not going to be killed by a thrown brick. If someone is charging a cop with a brick, I MIGHT be able to justify them shooting them. But if it's thrown, absolutely not.

Law and order. It's funny that people were scared Obama would put us in martial law and in reality Trump will come closer to it than Obama will and folks seem fine with it now. I guess it depends on what you look.... I mean what team you play for.

Who has advocated that? All I said is that a brick is a deadly weapon and those hurling at police officers or civilians should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. People wearing hoods and throwing bricks at people are more worried about being identified than they are about the health and well being of their targets.
