When it happens in half the games we play and all the losses it's not a coincidence. By definition.

Love Gabriel. He is getting better every game. This will be very valuable come tourney time. Need him and Willis both to make a real run.

He has put together a real nice string of games.

Your ucla game is a bad example to support your claim. Considering that ucla is one of the best offenses in the country and scores basically on every team it plays and shoots at high percentages.

Guys have been having season/career highs against UK for ages. It's not a new development. Better this guy in a losing effort than someone from VMI or Gardner Webb in a winning one.

Complaining about Thornwell going off yesterday would be like opposing teams fans complaining about Deaaron Fox going off against them. It has nothing to do with your team, Fox and Thornwell are just that good. Now if let's say Gabriel went off for 34 that's something to complain about as an opposing fan. But when you have a dynamic scorer like Thornwell it shouldn't come as a surprise.

Thornwell had half his teams points and they still lost by 16. I'll take that.

Imo this Ky. team is finally starting to get how to play help defense. I was much more encouraged by the way they moved inside on defense picking up the open man and not creating so many easy buckets. They were forcing the ball back outside and making SC shoot jump shots instead of easy layups or dunks. Also liked some of the big lineup. I still think Willis can be a big asset to this team defensively as well as from the 3 line.

This. Didn't a guy from Sam Houston State hit nine three pointers and score 38~ in Rupp in Cal's first year?
