I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how (without the help of men) the climate changed so drastically in the past that there were glaciers covering a big portion of the United States but they are now gone.

11 degrees in February isn't unusual. Mid-high 60s is.

But as we all know, both are isolated inicdents and not indicative of a larger trend.

Your going to see a larger trend. The temps for the rest of the month and next month are 50s and 60s.

When it stays 60 degrees for an extended period of time in February, we can talk.

It may not stay at 60 or above, but it will be in the 50s a lot, which is not common and wrong.

And Europe's winter has been so bitterly cold, it has caused a vegetable shortages and has sent produce prices skyrocketing. Unseasonably mild or cold winters have happened for millions of years and will continue to occur long after human footprints disappear from the Earth.

I said this early in this thread and I think it merits repeating. The planetary climate changed before man was here. It will change while man is here. It will change after man is gone.

Maybe I should move to Europe.

Not every winter is unusually cold in Europe. Their weather changes too.

Watched a program on History about the American Revolution. According to that program North America was in the midst of a mini ice age at the time. Thus the brutal winter at Valley Forge and the ice on the Delaware River as George Washington crossed into New Jersey.

In the 70's consensus scientific opinion said we were headed for another ice age.

Climate changes.
