You do understand a committee denied him federal judgeship in 1986 because they were concerned about racist behavior exhibited by him? That isn't an accusation. That actually happened.

Everything I have read says that Sessions never denied saying it but I'm sure my sources are considered biased.

I've seen all of the articles say that in 1986 he never denied what Figures claimed he had said. Might have missed it somewhere though.
