I'm pretty sure it's the Nobody But Clinton network?

Do we know for sure that Fox definitely wanted Kelly back?

And/or how recent was that contract offer to her?

I was always a Kelly fan (and still am to a lesser degree) but I thought her coverage of the election was too personal for my taste.

I heard she's a "bimbo."

She reportedly turned down $25M from Fox.

Inside Edition reported that Fox turned down Kelly's demand of $25M. She has also lost viewership in her time slot.

Apparently Kelly will do a daytime talk show, not the news. Big risk for Kelly, she'll survive either way.

The rabid Trumpsters were not happy with Kelly so I can believe viewership was down.

I though Fox was better than NBC. I dont know anyone who watches the NBC news.

Right now I do because my CBS affiliate is fighting with DirectTV. :lol2:

I haven't read much of this outside of fox did offer her a huge sum it just didn't get to her number. Do we know exactly what NBC is paying and what roles she will be filling ?

I really like her. Find her to be one of the top in the News business. It will be interestimg to see if her right of center politics change at all.

Agree, I am waiting to see how NBC Megyn compares to Foxy Megyn.

Tucker Carlson is moving from 7pm to 9pm to take her spot. Martha MacCullum will take Tucker's spot at 7pm for at least the next 90 days. I have heard that Tucker's 7pm show was doing really well...hence the move to 9pm. My guess is that Martha is getting a 90 day audition...

I wish they would bring Andrea back.

Wherever she goes, she's still "easy on the eyes". ;)

Kelly is a hot commodity. However her numbers were going down at Fox due to her fight with Trump. She is not a strong Conservative and will likely be happier in her new role at NBC. I hear Greta VanSustern is going to MSNBC. She is also not a Conservative and was a fish out of water at Fox. Tucker Carlson's new show is pretty good. I never watched at 7pm previously, but have been tuning in lately to watch him. He will do very well in the 9pm slot and will likely dwarf the numbers put up at MSNBC and CNN in the time slot..

Could Megan's move to daytime, have more to do with family (her kids are like 6, 4 & 2) than staying in a nighttime slot that I'm sure she would have kept at FOX? I think her goal is to do more primetime specials, etc. vs. a regular time slot gig? Agree she's not a hard core conservative, and will likely "open up" more politically at NBC.

Is still think her attack mode questioning of Trump at the first debate was a pre-planned "audition" for the mainstream networks, showing them she could not only be tough, but wasn't afraid to go where others might not go. Questions were fair, but the timing and tone were too much. She took a way too personal tone with Trump throughout the campaign--Sounded more like a jilted lover than an objective journalist.

Tucker has the best current show on cable news. I do not always agree with him but his interviewing ability is second to none. Some of these people who come on his show I wonder if they prepared at all. He kills them with kindness.
