Why am I in no position to state my opinion? I forgot that you apparently are the almighty of everything but believe it or not I don't care what you think I have the right to say or not. My team got their butts handed to them, and what bothers you is Im fine with that. I never once whined about my team making it or not making it.

To be fair the way they got dominated does ask a fair question if they should have even been in it. I mean they couldn't even win their own conference, but yet they were put into the playoffs as one of the best four.

 

The whole Big 10 may not have been as good as we all thought as evident as its 2 and 5 bowl record. I do think this result will lead to a conference champ making it in over a non conference champ in the same conference now.

With all of the blow outs, where is the outcry to stop this "Participation Trophy Tourney" and just match the two best teams in the title game?

 

In the last four first round playoff games the #3 and #4 seeds have only been able to score 24 points combined...in four games!

 

And people want this expanded to 8 teams. I would rather have it go back to two than expand to 8.

Agreed. That's why 8 is perfect. It truly is deciding a champ on the field and not just opinions. You know going into the year if you win your conference you are in. Then even if you don't get the at large, you can't complain because you had a chance to prove your worth on the field but didn't win your conference.

I still think OSU possibly wins it last year if they went with Cardale Jones. I know he was the starter technically to start, but they still was letting JT come in and play and take reps in practice. If they went in from the beginning saying Jones is our qb, and gave him a fair chance. I think they at least make the playoffs and possibly win it.

I was on team Cardale too and he looked great against VT and everyone thought we were going back to back after that game. But then he struggled against Hawaii, Northern Illinois, and at Indiana and everyone including myself thought the offense looked better with JT running it. Everything was going great until the MSU game when they forgot Zeke was on the team and JT forgot how to throw. Maybe the reason Cardale struggled was like you said with JT over his shoulder, but the offense just looked better with JT running it. 2015 will always haunt me.

Weber averaged about 15 carries thru the first 11 games.
