Yes, with Chip at Calvary. I think they enjoyed winning, but couldn't get any one to buy in but very few. Just goes back to that old saying of you can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink (applies here).

 

But I'm still unclear....you had people who didn't want to win but wanted to lose ? I don't understand what was to "buy in" on.

 

Did they not like the coaching style, time commitment, extra work on their own ? Was it just a social thing ?

Can't find were I said some wanted to win and lose, so not sure how to answer other than everyone likes to win but the process to get there is tough. Buying in fully on the direction the coach is leading you(very few did). You can still win without being all in, meaning top 3rd bought in, middle 3rd had one foot in and one foot out, bottom 3rd working on bringing top 3rd down. 22-7 was because coach was holding each player accountable. As its been stated, very little support and pulled off 22-7.
