Is Henschen playing? I haven't seen him on the stat sheet yet.

Played in all 5 games. Averaging between 3 and 4 rebounds a game. No scoring yet.

It's almost as if he's a ghost

No, he's real.

Another learning experience for the Wildcats. Both losses (Holmes, NCC) they've started the 2nd half poorly, gotta get over that obstacle.

Per usual, they fought back, but B.Hall was too much in the 4th Qtr.

Good meeting you as well Lawnboy.

BTW, for those wondering, Wiggins for Newport DNP.

I really thought that he could've been the difference in last night's game. NewCath wouldn't have seen it coming nor were they prepared with any scouting report on how to stop him. A secret weapon for the Wildcats with a big time element of surprise. IMO a missed opportunity.

Was great to meet B-Ball-Fan. :thumb:

Good to put a face on you too Baseball Nut 24.

Also, nice numbers for your boy in the Scott game victory.

Good luck to the Tribe as the season progresses. I think they'll prove to be just as worthy as any of the other teams in the Top 10 in positions 3-10.

I think Henschen brings the intangibles to the NCC lineup. When he comes off the bench I think he brings a new level of elevation to the lineup! (pun intended) The kid's wing span in impressive and when added with his jumping ability he either it flat out out rebounding guys or tipping the ball to other teammates. Adding him with another big man could make match ups interesting for the opposing teams.

That's what I was getting at. His measurables are off of the charts. I was surprised to see that he hadn't scored yet. W/ his length and leaping ability, he is going to be a big asset. I know that he's playing himself back into bball shape and timing since he's been gone for so long. Look forward to watching his improvement over the year.

I disagree. Coach Snapp is obviously waiting until district tourney time, or the "A" at least. The top half of that bracket is a bear, and having that ace up his sleeve will pay off eventually.

Check out the Boone Co vs NewCath game. Scored 8 including two monster dunks and had a monster block and altered several shots.
