Probably could have been even worst because there were about 10 carries where he had to make guys miss in the backfield as soon as he got the ball. There were very few runs where I could see that would have looked any better no matter who ran it. With as bad as this line is, they probably are better off currently with a Rex Buckhead. He is a combination of Gio and Hill. Stronger than Gio, and faster than Hill. Even then this line still rarely gives our backs a hole to run through and usually are getting driven back into backfield.

December 4, 20169 yr The defense since the bye week has been much better, and kind of like the defenses of years past. Probably not a coincidence that Burfict has been back to his old self since the bye week and has been making plays everywhere. The d line still is not getting much pressure, but at least they were knocking down passes today.
