November 10, 20169 yr Author Is this now a pejorative term like old white man? Should either group lose their voting rights? Nope. Again an assumption and putting words in my mouth. He focused on rural white America. It worked in getting him elected. There is also a small minority of rural white America that is nasty and filled with hate, and I have concerns that segment will now feel empowered because "they won" and start lashing out. It is happening as I expected. If you want to continue to read into something that isn't there to divert the topic, not much I can do for you...
November 10, 20169 yr Author You never voiced concern when the other side was being attacked by the paid operatives of the democratic supporters. Now the losers are busing in protesters to cause havoc. Waiting on you to start that thread and call that out. Crap like this is what got her beat along with her just being a crook. Dont you all get it? People are tired of this. Oh, I get it...
November 10, 20169 yr Oh, I get it... :thumb: Blowing off what I said got Hillary beat. You got that too.
November 10, 20169 yr Back (indirectly) to the original post. I believe that the reason the results were so shocking and counter to what most of the polls were saying is that there were a lot of folks polled who were too embarrassed and/or ashamed to let anyone know publicly that they were going to vote for Candidate Trump. Just a gut feeling. I don't think they were embarrassed . I just think they were tired of being called racist, sexist etc when they told people they were voting for President-elect Trump.
November 10, 20169 yr As others have said there are two sides to the coin. There is also a small segment of urban less white america that is nasty and full of hate. The proof of which can be found on Twitter as well. Just as the election of Obama didn't signal the end of racism in American, neither will the election of Trump bring about an increase in racism. Racist people are the way they are and do the things that they do dispite whomever the president elect would have been.
November 10, 20169 yr Author Racist people are the way they are and do the things that they do dispite whomever the president elect would have been. And that is where we disagree. It has been a hidden in the dark issue that folks don't openly talk about in recent times. I fear a return to those segments of the population returning to how they acted in the 50s and 60s in more situations than I am comfortable with seeing. That is already playing out, and I see it getting a lot worse before it gets better. Those people feel their beliefs won the election, and hiding their rage is no longer necessary. Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I will be...
November 10, 20169 yr Author :thumb: Blowing off what I said got Hillary beat. You got that too. Again you missed the part where I am not a democrat and not a supporter of Hillary. I am an American that has a concern with some backlash that will come from this election. I am voicing that concern. Try to keep up next time. Thanks... :thumb:

I am waiting on you to voice your concern over the things I said being you are championing whats right and wrong. Thats why I dismissed you saying you were not a Democrat and did not vote for Hillary. Its amazing those Republicans are gonna start a way, kidnap your babies, make the LGBTQ do training, attack innocent people etc. :ohbrother:

I said there is a small segment of nasty people I feel will start lashing out because they feel empowered by the result. Those people are doing just that in many instances across the country. You dismissed me because you had no interest in talking about what I said, and wanted to further gloat and push your agenda. It has no impact on me because I don't have a "side" to pick or give two :poop: about. You looking to go 0-3???

Hope I'm wrong, but I don't think I will be... This is nothing more than inflammatory rhetoric. If you fear this, you don't live in the same America I do. I live in rural America, and am white. If I see anything like that happening or about to happen, I'll make good use of my CCDW to put down such racism or bigotry. Anyone in my community would also. Just because your tired of the establishment doesn't make you a racist, bigot, misogynist or a homophobe.

I have no agenda. I never voted for a crook. I wish nobody harm. If anyone does the things you say they need to be arrested.
November 10, 20169 yr Author So are you guys purposely being obtuse, or just so dug in you can't/won't talk about what is already happening? Sticking your head in the sand is easier? Shaun King (@ShaunKing) | Twitter This stuff is happening. In real life. Today...
