Practice looked good yesterday. Very focused and business-like approach. No heads hanging from the past 2 weeks heart breaking losses. We are embracing the challenge, staring adversity in the face and focusing on this week. Our 16 seniors do not want to lose on their last home game ever on our field. (And when I say field, I mean it in a very literal sense. LOL All that know our area will get it.)

I was told to ask if we get the "Crop Duster" treatment?

Taking a peek at the schedule and stats from games of Raceland. Raceland threw the ball less in all games that was close besides the Russell game.. I think Racelamd needs to keep throwing a little more this post season. I think around 30-35 a game.

 

I like them in this game by of 35 to 20.

Bishop Brossart will be in for a rude awakening in this one. Don't let Brossart's 8-2 record fool you. Bracken County is the only team they have beat with winning record. Their overall weak schedule could not have prepared them for this game. I will take the Ramblers by 24.

I think Raceland wins pretty comfortably. Somewhere around 42-14. Not a knock against Brossart, but I think playing at home will give the Rams a big edge.

I doubt Brossart's ever played a game on a cow pasture before. That alone gives Raceland a distinct home field advantage. The Rams know where to avoid the cow :poop:.

Ummmm...if you would have been to last year's game then you'd understand that Campbell Co.'s old field (where Brossart plays) makes our field look like Bermuda grass.

Don't know about Racelands field but Brossarts is absolutely dreadful. I don't think Brossart even comes close in this one but it won't be because of poor field conditions, because they are used to playing on a :poop: field.

THE LAST HOME GAME ....Almost All of you have grown up, from your very first practice, football game that you ever played until this Friday Night on this piece of ground. From 5-6yr. old flag to JFL to Jr. High to J.V. to Varsity after all of the hard work, blood, sweat and yes, tears shed ........How do you want to your Last Game to Go ? DO NOT leave that field with even a thought that you could have given more effort on any one play .... Leave Absolutely EVERYTHING That You Have in You Laying on that Field.

Thinking hard about making the two hour drive to see this Game. Are there adequate stands for these old bones to find a seat and enjoy a game I think will surprise many? The other game being considered is just up the hill, but the small seating facilities dictate every person other than the first 500 are going to stand. I think both of these games could be very competitive.

There is ample seating at Raceland. Allot of Raceland fans stand around the track so there's usually room to set and enjoy the game! This will be a good one to go watch!
