Given that many looks in a short time frame, I think the Cubs can begin to figure him out a little. If they did it to Kershaw, I think they can anyone.
October 26, 20169 yr Cubs Ks were terrible. Backwards Ks were even worse. It simply is no longer a badge of shame to strike out in the MLB. That said, if you strike out 14x in a game, you're going to lose a very high % of those games. Schwarber failing to get the runner from 2B to 3B w/ no outs in the 2nd was bad fundamentals. Cubs failing to get ANY runs from a bases loaded, nobody out situation was awful. Indians getting a runner thrown out at 2B when Lester is physically unable or mentally unwilling to throw over to keep him close is similarly awful. That said, pretty good game. Kluber and Miller were dealing. BTW - how did the Yankees lose so many games with Miller and Chapman at the back of their bullpen?
October 26, 20169 yr Just in case anyone didn't see it, they moved up the start of tonight's game due to concerns about rain happening later in the evening

October 26, 20169 yr How many of you on here are like me and simply root for the series to go to a game 7? I was rooting for the Indians last night and the Cubs tonight.
October 26, 20169 yr Author How many of you on here are like me and simply root for the series to go to a game 7? I was rooting for the Indians last night and the Cubs tonight. Not me. I think the longer it goes, the more the pendulum swings to the Cubs. However, that being said, I always think it's a better celebration when the winning team finishes it off at home. So, I'd be alright with the Indians winning tonight, and then maybe game 4 to bring it back to Cleveland for a clinching game 6.

I have no allegiance to either team and simply root for the dramatic to happen. I want it to go 7 games and something crazy to happen to win the game in the 15th inning.

Grew up in NE Ohio, and while I was a Reds fan due to my mom and grandfather, we naturally got more coverage of the Indians in the paper and on tv. So, yeah, I've been a fan of both Ohio teams for as long as I can remember. Went to sleep many times listening to Herb Score calling the Tribe's west coast games. Andre Thornton, Duane Kuiper, Tom Veryzer, Buddy Bell, Rick Manning...the list goes on and on.

Otherwise, you want one fan base to be absolutely crushed with a 15 inning game 7....lol....you are cruel! :lol2:
