Ryle scores on two short fields on their first two possessions. SK squib kicks opening KO tackling receiver on 42 and then gets 15 yard penalty for late hit out of bounds giving Ryle 1st possession on SK 43. Ryle has solid drive capping off with 6 yd TD pass by Morgan. 2 pt conversion. 8-0 Ryle.

 

SK returns kickoff to Ryle 32 as runner trips on wide open cutback. SK completes drive but fails in conversion attempt. 8-6 Ryle.

 

Ryle 37 yd (? Not sure) pass from Morgan and conversion puts Ryle up 15-6. SK punts after short drive to Ryle 1, which drives full length of field only to turn it over on 4th down on SK 1 yard line. 98 yard drive comes up empty.

 

SK penalized for holding during nice 10 yd Racke run. Shearer makes beautiful50 yard pass that is taken to the house for a 95+ yard score with 2 pt conversion making it 15-14.

 

Ryle punts and SK misses two receivers deep with one pass hitting defenders helmet, and the 3rd down deep ball was a saving deflection preventing another SK score.

 

Ryle has nice drive and qtr ending 37 yd FG to end half up 18-14. Sorry on names and details. All this from old guys memory.
