Nice - bashing a team you just lost to.

He is not bashing them.......its the truth ......... South just came up with one or 2 big plays ! South is down...Corbin should have won! They didnt... but in my book they should win every year they play the cards...and so it goes :p:walk:

South 278 yards corbin 245

bowling 12-21-218 yards, cochis 4-118 yards receiving

Corbin's cashen 5-of-22 for 2 interceptions and 73 yards.

SL 15 penalties for 130 yards, Corbin 6 for for 42

sanders had 68 yards on the ground and campobell had 59

South's quinn led all rushers with 69 yards on the ground.

How many of those passes from Clint came on the last drive of the first and second halves? If I recall, Corbin didn't pass until about 3 minutes left in the 2nd quarter? I'm not knocking the coaches because the run game was working and the recievers were getting open. Just curious?

It may be true - but the timing of the post shows a lack of respect and poor sportsmanship, imo.

I'm not bashing them. They are way down from last year in my opinion.

Now the behavior of their student section..........that is something I could bash, but I won't. If the South administration and parents won't do anything about it, I guess that it is to be expected.

They were better than Corbin.............but I don't think that they will be able beat many 4A teams with their run defense.

Who should they beat that is left on the schedule? I was guessing Montgomery and maybe North.

Whitley, Lincoln are winable games too.

4CHS is honest. Some may not like it, but the truth is the truth..South was the better of two average teams tonight. A win is a win, hope both teams win out....but I doubt it happening.:walk:

Congrats to South Laurel on the win over a tough Corbin team. Maybe this is the kind of win that can get SL on track?:thumb: Once again congrats SL and good luck to Corbin on the rest of your season, the hounds look to be a very solid 2A team.

I was getting ready to throw Whitley out there in SL's win column.

Corbin ran the ball 14 times straight to begin the game...clint was 1-of-7 in the first half.,on the last drive he was 3-of-8

I wonder how many drops Corbin had? Clint seems to be throwing with a little more velocity than the receivers can handle at times.

Lincoln County will run and run and then pound the line on defense. I'm picking LC 35 SL 13.

It was pretty bad

Oh no.......No respect.. or disrespect I meant to say .....Cograts south...didnt mean to come off that way...then again ......:D

yada, yada, yada.........let's not get into respect and sportsmanship, something that South obviously knows nothing about this year. Has your internet connection been down slugo?

Cashen doesn't seem to be as accurate right now as he has been the last 2 years. Not sure if it is receivers running wrong routes, not trusting receivers or whatever.....I noticed a few times receivers were open but he didn't thorw/didn't see them. Maddon needs to be involved more in the passing game.

The blocking still isn't there, the OL looked better tonight but has to improve. I know we are lifting but we have been out muscled all 3 games, I also thought Pineville looked a little stronger. Do we need to lift more or change something in the weight room?

Nice game from Campbell tonight, French also looked good at times:thumb:
